Eric Mangini | President

A veteran NFL coach, Eric followed an unconventional ascent from a 23-year old ball boy to a 34-year old head coach. He was a member of three Super Bowl championship coaching staffs and a head coach charged with rebuilding two franchises. Eric started on his unique path as a coach in Melbourne, Australia, and then moved to the Cleveland Browns’ organization as a ball boy and front office assistant. He quickly rose through the ranks as an assistant with the Baltimore Ravens and the New York Jets, before becoming the New England Patriots’ secondary coach in 2000 and defensive coordinator in 2005.  Eric was then hired as the head coach of the New York Jets in 2006. At 34 years old, he was one of the youngest head coaches in NFL history. In 2009, Mangini became the 15th head coach of the Cleveland Browns, where he began the rebuilding process.  After his time in Cleveland, Mangini developed into a critically acclaimed studio analyst for ESPN, and then returned to football for the unique opportunity to work on both offense and defense for the San Francisco 49ers from 2013 - 2015.  He was part of the team that went to the NFC Championship game and is one of the few coaches in NFL history to move from a position coach to coordinator on the opposite side of the ball. Mangini is currently an analyst with Fox Sports 1 and also works with multiple international teams to establish best practices in both coaching and organizational structure.

In addition to a great career, Eric is a proud husband and father to his three sons. Eric currently lives in Cleveland, OH, with his family.
